退款政策 · Refund Policy
购买后 14 天内，不需要说明理由，都可以申请全额退款。退款由 Paddle 原路退回，到账时间取决于你的银行，通常 5–10 个工作日。退款后激活码会作废，软件会回到未激活状态（免费功能仍可使用）。
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. After a refund the license key is revoked and the app returns to its unlicensed state.

- 发邮件到 meluon.jason@gmail.com，写上付款邮箱和订单号；或
- 点 Paddle 付款收据邮件里的链接，直接向 Paddle 申请。
Email meluon.jason@gmail.com with your purchase email and order number, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email to contact Paddle directly.
超过 14 天的情况，我们会逐个处理，有合理原因也会退款。Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case.
